Bellyfit is the holistic fitness experience for women that blends the power and wisdom of ancient cultures with the research, technology and trends of the modern world. Designed exclusively for the female body, mind and spirit, Bellyfit offers a full body, full of spirit, extraordinary exercise experience in a safe, effective, intelligent group fitness format guaranteed to satisfy women’s desire to feel beautiful, strong and healthy.

In the first half hour of the class, we begin with a brief meditation, to align you with your self, in the now. We warm up and start moving to burn mega calories, relieve stress and get the sweat flowing with fun, easy to learn cardio moves infused with the ancient and beautiful fundamentals of Belly Dance, Bollywood, Bhangra and African Dance. During the second half of the class, enjoy sculpting, toning and tightening with Pilates inspired core work, a deep yet relaxing Yoga inspired stretch and mindful Mudra Meditation.

The Bellyfit Community knows no boundaries of age, size, ability, race or faith. As we expand into the International Market, more and more women are supporting the movement and our network is expanding exponentially. Whether you have two left feet, are a professional dancer, just getting into fitness, a seasoned athlete, or somewhere in between, you will be inspired by the beauty, diversity and power of the moves and mantras, and experience a fabulous workout whether it’s your first class or your 100th! Cultural Diversity is the inspiration for the Bellyfit System. We believe that we all share the same roots on this planet and that we must now share our wisdom. Much of this wisdom is preserved in our music, dance, ritual and prayer. The Bellyfit Choreographers draw inspiration from many cultural dances and practices and are always expanding their horizons to include more music and moves that not only strengthen the body, but also the being.
